Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Conditions

1. Your reservation is only guaranteed after explicit written confirmation.
2. A deposit may be required to guarantee your booking.
3. All activities involving minors must be booked and signed by a parent or guardian.
4. Diving insurance is mandatory by Spanish law for all dives.

2. Cancellation Policy

1. Flexi Rate bookings allow date/time changes within established deadlines.
2. Standard rate bookings: cancellation terms as per SCUBA IBIZA policy document.
3. No refunds for cancellations due to seasickness, equalisation problems, cold, or personal equipment issues once aboard the boat.

3. Diving Rules

1. No decompression dives without prior management approval.
2. No solo dives without prior management approval.
3. Personal diving insurance is mandatory.
4. Instructions from dive guides must be followed at all times.
5. A dive computer is mandatory for all certified divers.
6. A safety stop of 3 minutes at 5 meters is mandatory for dives deeper than 18 meters.
7. Divers may not exceed the depth limit of their certification.
8. No flying within 12 hours after a single dive.
9. No flying within 18 hours after multiple dives.
10. Use of alcohol or drugs 24 hours prior to diving is prohibited.
